PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation, to reduce the burden on subject, and to reduce the cost required for a cancer examination device, in the cancer examination device capable of readily examining the signs of cancer, in a short time. SOLUTION: A serum component is acquired from blood, and a prescribed amount of the first reagent of a TSGF reagent is mixed with a prescribed amount of serum therein; a mixture liquid is held at 37°C for a fixed time, a prescribed amount of the second reagent of the TSGF reagent is mixed with the mixture liquid held for the fixed time; a mixture liquid is held at 37°C for a fixed time, an absorbance is measured thereafter at a prescribed wavelength by an absorptiometer; and the measured result therein is compared with standard value and the signs for the cancer are decided.
