PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point seal device of a web capable of reliably performing the point seal without requiring a slip ring or the like for electric connection. SOLUTION: The point seal device of the web comprises a rotatable rubber-made receiving roller 44, and a heat sealer 50 for forming a point seal on the web in cooperation with the receiving roller 44. The heat sealer 50 has a sealer projection 62 capable of holding the web between the receiving roller 44 and itself. The receiving roller 44 has an outer peripheral surface eccentric with respect to its driving shaft 36. The outer peripheral surface is periodically abutted on the sealer projection 62 via the web as the receiving roller 44 is rotated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
