PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly feed out a lipstick, etc. of a storage case to be used up to the last by moving a tray part of a tray member, relative to a cylinder part of the tray member, in the area near the front end of the storage case, and smoothly moving the tray part of the tray member relative to the cylinder part of the tray member in a non-step way. SOLUTION: The tray member for fixing the lipstick, etc. is divided into the cylinder part C and the tray part D, which are attached to the inner side of a rotating cylinder H in such a way as movable in a vertical direction. A projection is attached to the tray part D of the tray member, and a helical groove is attached to the inner side of a fixed cylinder. A projection is attached to the helical groove. The projection attached to the tray part D can move along a vertical split hole attached to the rotating cylinder H, and the projection attached to the tray part D can move also along the helical groove on the inner side of the fixed cylinder. In this way, the tray part D moves upward relative to the cylinder part C of the tray member, and therefore, the whole lipstick, etc. can be taken out of the cylinder part C and the tray part D of the tray member.
