PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor footware with a massage ball arranged therein, capable of making an improvement concerning convenience that a foot sole massage machine selects a usage place and is used in a fixed state since it is the hard machine. SOLUTION: The indoor footware with the massage ball arranged therein is obtained by making double bottom surfaces with the use of a fabric or a soft base material with ventilation and inserting a spherical body, which is made of appropriately hard synthetic rubber, etc., in the space of a double bottom. The bottom surfaces are closed at seams 4, 5 so as to allow the spherical ball inserted to the double bottom not to go to toe and heel parts. When a user puts on the footwear, moves a foot, and rolls the spherical ball with the foot put on the ball, the moving spherical ball satisfactorily massages anywhere on the foot sole with the arch of the foot as a center. When an aged or diseased person puts on the indoor footwear with the massage ball arranged therein, while lying on a bed, and only raises his/her knee, effects are obtained that finger pressure is naturally performed with the weight of the foot so as to promote a brood circulation in a lower half body and that the footwear is easily used without becoming an obstacle.
