PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe insole that prevents athlete's foot and sweatiness as well as promoting health by providing the shoe insole with an air ventilating function in the toe by feeding air through an elastically deformable tube from the heel to the toe by weight shift in walking. SOLUTION: In the middle layer of the insole main body (1), there are installed an elastically deformable air-feeding tube (3) and an air chamber (4), with an air intake port (2) arranged in the heel part and with an air exhaust port (5) in the toe part. The insole is designed so that, by weight shift in walking, air is sent from the heel part to the toe through the air-feeding tube, thereby enabling air to be ventilated to cool the toe part inside a shoe.
