PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying apparatus without the need of the reverse operation of an artery side drip chamber (air trap), a vein side drip chamber (air trap) and a blood purifier for the time of priming and without the need of a tube for overflow, and the priming method of its blood circulation path. SOLUTION: The dialyzer of this invention comprises the blood purifier 1, blood circuits 21 and 22, a blood pump 23, a first priming liquid supply line 3 connected to an artery side blood circuit 21 on the upstream side of the blood pump 23, and a vein side air trap 25 and an air bubble sensor 26 provided in a vein side blood circuit 22.
