摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction manipulative valve for an ultrasonic endoscope facilitating the assembling of a piston to a cylinder without getting stuck by facilitating the engagement between a detent projection for preventing the rotation of the piston relative to the cylinder and an engagement groove when assembling the piston for switching a suction conduit detached from the cylinder after using the endoscope, washed and disinfected, to the cylinder again. SOLUTION: The detect projection 25 regulating the rotation of the piston 14 for switching the suction conduit around an axis relative to the cylinder 11 is projected at a position where the fitting length (L) of the piston 14 for switching the suction conduit to the cylinder 11 is secured for at least 1/4 of the diameter (D) of the piston 14 for switching the suction conduit more on the tip side than the position on the outer peripheral surface adjacent to the forefront of the piston 14 for switching the suction conduit, and the engagement groove 26 to be engaged with the detent projection 25 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 11 corresponding to the moving range of the detent projection 25.
