摘要

An information distribution and Interactive E-Commerce system for mobile communications devices comprises of a web server for aggregating information content from various content providers and a mobile communications having an operating system, which is connected to the web server via communications network to receive the information content from the web server. The operating system of the mobile communications device is a Windows family of operating system having a device platform configured to display the information content into a scrolling information display on a display screen and the scrolling information display is responsive to an input signal from the user thus enabling interactive e- commerce applications.
