<p>An oxygen ion generating tube for purifying air, which is composed of a hollow insulating tube (1), a pair of discharging coils (2,3), and an induction coil (4). The discharging coils (2,3) are formed from two parallel metal wires that are equidistantly wound in the outer wall of the hollow insulating tube (1), the induction coil (4) is formed from one metal wire that is wound along the inner wall of the hollow insulating tube (1). The oxygen ion generating tube can work at lower alternating voltage. After powering on, the concentration of oxygen ions could be increased in a short time to achieve the object of purifying air.</p> |
