<p>Cathode cell.. GC-. Consisting of a front wall of semi-transparent membrane, side walls of channeled section with the opening to the inner face to which the front and rear walls are bolted by bolts with insulated shanks, the cathode plate being positioned between the faces at different clearances by the use of various distance pieces. The cathode plate is made of rust free metal grating fixed to a removable plate. The front membrane has a protective screen and is held between two gaskets, the screen being of soft wire netting with a plastic coating. A filler tube and an overflow are situated in the upper and and hooks are provided to enable it to be hung on the side of an open tank.</p> |
