<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring roll skin keeping for a long time crispy palate feeling of spring roll just after frying in edible oil and fat, and retaining crispy palate feeling even reheating with a microwave oven or an oven toaster, frozen spring roll fried in edible oil and fat and frozen, and to provide fried spring roll using the skin. <P>SOLUTION: This spring roll skin contains oil and fat powder having an increasing melting point of 50-90°C and seed powder of a bean family plant.
