<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flexible operation of collecting fees in cash handling such as money exchange. <P>SOLUTION: A cash exchange device 100 is composed by attaching thereon a fee collecting device to an exchange device body 112 executing a money exchange function. The fee collecting device 200 is provided with a fee display setting input part 300 in its interior.
