<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink which contains DNA resistant against decomposition. <P>SOLUTION: The DNA-containing ink is obtained by fixing DNA to fine particles composed of any one chosen from negative ion exchange resin, glass, silica, zeolite and active carbon and including them in the ink substance. The fine particles are covered with a protective layer containing an ultraviolet absorber. An ultraviolet absorber or an ultraviolet scattering agent is also added to the ink substance. A large amount of DNA is included in the numerous pores by fixing the DNA in the porous fine particles. Ultraviolet rays does not reach the inside of the pores. Nor heat and acid/alkali act on the inside of the pores. An easy and reliable recovery of the DNA improves the accuracy of the detection and leads to a faster detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
