<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component shifter which increases the speed of operation of a ball-screw drive unit while reducing costs. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic component shifter includes first and second ball-screw shafts 28 and 44 which are driven by first and second motors 25 and 41, and first and second ball nuts 29 and 45 which are screwed onto the ball-screw shafts 28 and 44. The shifter also includes a first shifting member 13 and a head unit 16 which are driven by first and second drive units 14 and 17, which are composed of the ball-screw shaft 28 and ball nut 29 and the ball-screw shaft 44 and ball nut 45, respectively, to shift horizontally. The head unit 16 has a suction head 18. The shifter further includes first and second ball nut motors 30 and 46 which have rotors 31 penetrated by the first, and second ball-screw shafts 28 and 44 loosely fitted in the rotors 31 and connected to the first and second ball nuts 29 and 45; and stators 34 that are supported by the first shifting member 13 and head unit 16, and support the rotors 31 rotatably. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
