<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub with stool, which allows stable support and cost reduction to achieve cost reduction and rectification of flow of drainage by obtaining common and sharable waterproof pans for placing the bathtub even if LR specifications are different, and to achieve stable and strong standing legs for supporting a shallow bottom part for improving vibration proof. <P>SOLUTION: One longitudinal side of the bathtub is formed shallowly so that a bottom face 1 has the shallow bottom part 2 and a deep bottom part 3 adjacent to the shallow bottom part 2. The legs 4 for supporting the shallow bottom part 2 are provided on a boundary of the shallow bottom part 2 and the deep bottom part 3.
