PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for measuring phase for executing the phase measurement of a propagating wave motion at a high speed based on an intensity transport equation. SOLUTION: The intensity transport equation is solved using both Fourier transform and numerical differentiation, and the processing processes are pipelined or parallelized to increase process speed.
