PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-friendly hydraulic turbine power generation device improving natural landscape. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic turbine power generation device, a hydraulic turbine 3 is rotatably supported by a support shaft 1 which can not rotate, the hydraulic turbine is sealed to prevent water from intruding therein, the support shaft penetrates through the hydraulic turbine in a horizontal direction, a generator 15 is fixed on the support shaft in the hydraulic turbine, and rotation of the hydraulic turbine is transmitted to the generator via a transmission means 19 in the hydraulic turbine. The hydraulic turbine is provided on a channel, and the channel is provided with a guide path 37 for guiding flowing water to a blade 35 provided in an outer circumference edge of the hydraulic turbine.
