PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low emissivity glass especially having high heat shielding properties while having high visible light transparency. SOLUTION: In a low emissivity glass, 2n layers (n≥1) of dielectric films and Ag films are alternately laminated in this order on a transparent substrate, and a dielectric film is laminated on the Ag film of the topmost layer. The low emissivity glass is characterized in that a ZnO film is laminated adjacent to the transparent substrate side of the Ag film, and a diffraction angle (2θ) of a diffraction peak of a 002 crystal plane of the ZnO film in X-ray diffraction method by wherein CuKαray is used is 33.9°or less.
