PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make cooling and heating of a die possible by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the die 10 in which the die 10 is heated and cooled while performing press working by holding a material 46 to be worked with a lower die 20 and an upper die 40, a void 21 is formed in the interior of the lower die 20; a liquid supply tubes 31, 32 for supplying a liquid 35 for cooling or heating and a liquid draining tubes 33, 34 for draining the liquid 35 for cooling or heating in the void 21 are provided and opening parts 33a, 34a for the liquid draining tubes 33, 34 are provided at the upper end part 23a of the inside of the void 21.
