PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pushing-out device simple in structure, inexpensive in manufacturing cost and capable of maintaining a stable operation for a long period of time and a sliding apparatus equipped with the pushing-out device. SOLUTION: The pushing-out device which supports the movement of a slider of a sliding apparatus composed of a base part and the slider, comprises a pushing-out mechanism, a member to be pushed out and a returning member. Particularly when the pushing-out device is attached to the sliding apparatus, a continuous or stepwise inclination is imparted to a travel path to separate a member to be returned from the returning member continuously or stepwise according to the movement of the slider in a direction returning to the base part of the slider.
