PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as decline of economical efficiency, waste of equipment and module making since a conventional active headrest is configured so as to freely move back and forth and up and down a lumber support member capable of pressurizing and supporting the vertebrae of a crew member with an operation means and/or a retractor, difficulty and/or delay or the like of assembly work are taken into consideration and especially updating of manufacture equipment is demanded. SOLUTION: The movable device of the active headrest B provided on a seat back A1 is constituted of respective means provided on the frame 1 of the seat back A1, and the respective means comprise an operation part C on a main driving side movable in the front and back directions of a seat pivoted to the frame, a linking operation part provided on the operation part on the main driving side, an operation part on a driven side pivoted at the upper end of the linking operation part, a headrest device G provided on the operation part of the driven side, and a standby mechanism F of the headrest device.
