The invention does this by taking inventory information from a provider and matching the goods or services in the inventory with individuals based on the individual's current geographic location and an individual's profile. The invention generates targeted advertisements for receipt on mobile devices. If an individual is interested in the good or service, the invention allows the individual to make a purchase completing the transaction.
