A pedestrian airbag device (4) constructed so that water in a case is discharged to a cowl. The pedestrian airbag device (4) has the case (8) for receiving a folded airbag (5), an inflator for inflating the airbag (5), and lid (10) for closing an air bag passage opening (3a) of a hood (3). Water discharge channels (9) for discharging water entered into the case (8) on to a cowl louver (2) are provided at opposite ends in the longitudinal direction of the case (8).
