A shade-making object (50) for drawing the shade (45) of the second object is so disposed as to overlap with the first object depending on the position of the second object. The transparency at each vertex of the shade-drawing object (50) is determined by the position of the light source (48) and the position and shape data on the second object, and a game screen is created according to the determined transparencies.
