<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cartridge supplying liquid fuel to a fuel cell, of which safety and reliability are enhanced seeing to it that an operator does not touch the liquid fuel remaining on top of a nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cartridge 5 for the fuel cell is provided with a cartridge main body 8 storing liquid fuel for the fuel cell, and a nozzle part 9 supplying the liquid fuel to the fuel cell main body. The nozzle part 9 is provided with a nozzle head 12, arranged on the cartridge main body 8, and having a recess part 15 at the tip of an insertion part 14 inserted into a socket part 6 of the fuel cell main body, and valve structures (19, 20, 21, 22) arranged inside the nozzle head 12.
