<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for making an apparatus body compact. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 10 includes a development device 64 for developing latent images of a photoreceptor 58 by a toner, a toner conveying passage 80 for conveying the toner used for the development device 64, and an exhaust passage 90 for exhausting the air in the development device 64 out of the development device 64. At least a part of the exhaust passage 90 and the toner conveying passage 80 are integrally provided.
