PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal analyzing device that makes signal identification easier than before. SOLUTION: A modulated signal is digitally converted and a spectrum of the digitally-converted modulated signal is computed, and a spectrogram of a modulated signal to be analyzed is displayed on a display screen, a demodulation range is specified on the display screen by using a cursor 313, and a modulated signal corresponding to a spectrogram whose range is selected on the display screen is demodulated.
