PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that eliminates the need for a waiting customer to make a request to establish communication again through a waiting-customer's terminal when communication is established for all operator's terminals and is therefore superoir in convenience to the waiting customer. SOLUTION: When receiving telephone number data of the waiting-customer's terminal from the waiting-customer's terminal while the communication is established for all the operator's terminals, a communication control server having established communication between a plurality of customer's terminals and a plurality of operator's terminals respectively reports call-back notice data indicating that the communication control server will call the waiting customer back to the waiting-customer's terminal, holds the telephone number data in a storage section, and calls the waiting-customer's terminal back according to the telephone number data in the storage section when the disconnection of communication establishment is detected.
