PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a radio communication system which connects a master device and a slave device together by wireless by using a time-division communication system does not accept emergency new communication when no free communication slot is available. SOLUTION: The radio communication system which connects the master device and slave device together by wireless by using the time-division communication system comprises an intercom master unit 2, an intercom slave unit 3, and a camera slave unit 4. When all slots are used, a priority call request from a salve station is reported to a control station by using a reception slot corresponding to a control signal that the control station transmits, and the control station forcibly releases one or more slots among the all slots in calling states.
