PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine compound useful for an organic light-emitting element having extremely high light-emitting efficiency and long-life optical output. SOLUTION: The amine compound is represented by general formula [1] (wherein, X is a direct bond, a paraphenylene group which may have a substituent, a para-biphenyl-1,6-diyl group, a fluorene-2,7-diyl group or the like; R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>12</SB>are each H, an alkyl group or the like; and Ar<SB>1</SB>to Ar<SB>4</SB>are each an aryl group which may have a substituent).
