PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having excellent dissolvability or the like, and suitable for a liposome contrast medium selective to a lesion of vascular disease or the like. SOLUTION: The liposome contains a compound represented by general formula (I) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>3</SP>are each an alkyl group or an alkenyl group; X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>are each a single bond, -O- or -N(Z<SP>1</SP>)- (Z<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group); X<SP>3</SP>to X<SP>6</SP>are each -O- or -N(Z<SP>2</SP>)- (Z<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group); n is an integer of 1-10; L is a divalent linking group (L is constituted of atoms selected from the group consisting of a carbon atom, a hydrogen atom, an oxygen atom, a nitrogen atom, a fluorine atom and a sulfur atom)] or a salt thereof as a film-forming component.
