PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine in which a game ball hit by a hitting rod is surely hit into a game area. SOLUTION: When a handle ring 24 of this pachinko machine is rotated once in a prescribed angle W from a basic position, a drag amount of an adjusting spring member is increased to produce force to enable a game ball hit by a hitting rod to reach a game area. On the other hand, a pressure plate 72 energized by a spring member 71 is regulated in sliding by a pair of regulating walls 73 to release the pressure on a claw part 63 of a switch button 56. By this pressure release, a movable contact point 50 of a single-shot switch is separated from a fixed contact point 60 to bring the single-shot switch 57 into an OFF condition. When the single-shot switch 57 is brought into OFF, an extension part of a ball hitting rod is energized linked to rotation of a shooting cam to hit and shoot the game ball by the reaction of the ball hitting rod by energizing force of the adjusting spring member.
