It is possible to suppress degradation of communication characteristics, improve the entire network throughput, and reduce transmission reception failures and transmission time. Provided is a multi-hop communication method in which a transmission terminal (11) transmits/receives a packet to/from a target terminal via at least one terminal. The relay terminal (11) or the target terminal (13) has a table (TBL) of channels-to-be-used candidates issued from a transmission terminal (12). The relay terminal (13) or the target terminal (12) selects a channel-to-be-used from the candidates registered in the table (TBL) for transmitting a data packet.
