The stacking tray has a tray body (4) which when stacking onto an identical tray (2) below rests on containers disposed thereon. The tray has stacking means which produce at least in part and/or sections a positive locking connection between the tray body and the containers below. The underneath of the tray body can be profiled to engage in interspaces formed between the containers of the tray below. Independent claim describes tray stack with at least two superposed trays.
