<p>An oscillating air flow low-noise composite fan blade includes a hub and an even number of blades equispacedly provided on the perimeter thereof ,wherein the opposing blades are symmetrically provided on the perimeter of th hub between the blades which are curved in the direction opposite to the direction in which the opposing blades are curved .The fan is provided with the opposing blades in addition to the existing blades .The opposing air flow produced by the opposing blades which synchronistically rotates with the positive blades hits the air flow output by the positive blades to form turbulence in the fan . The turbulent oscillation fan especially adapts for cooling fins and dissipating heat .The turbulent oscillating air flow can dissipate the stable air film on the surfaces of the fins to speed up the heat dissipation into the air to increase the dissipating efficiency , low the using cost and save the energy .Moreover , because the fan employs the opposing blades and the positive blades , the blades rotating in high speed have more even and reasonable air-entering surfaces.</p> |
