When vehicle is stationary, electric control ensures the automatic locking brake function is active and it is deactivated by the instantaneous drive moment. With the locking brake function activated, the deactivation of the brake function can be suppressed, if the drive moment is automatically increased because a function carried out when the vehicle is stationary is necessary which does not come from the driving intent of the driver.
