A system for preventing the sinking of a harbor and re-filling an eroded area is provided to cut down on the cost for dredging a harbor and re-filling sand and to contribute to environmental preservation by preventing a harbor from sinking and re-filling an eroded area easily. The system for preventing the sinking of a harbor(20) and re-filling an eroded area(30) contains a deposit collection member(110) placed between a breakwater(12) and the coastline(BL) to be placed adjacent to a beginning of the harbor to collect deposits flew in the beginning of the harbor and composed of a bottom placed to be lower than the circumference of the beginning of the harbor, a collection plate extended to be inclined from the edge of the bottom to guide the deposits of the harbor toward the bottom, a settlement prevention plate placed on the collection plate to prevent the settlement of the bottom and the collection plate and provided with a safety net to protect people and to prevent the inflow of wastes within the harbor and a bed depth measurement member placed on the bottom to measure the bed depth of the deposits, a suction member(120) placed on the bottom and provided with plural suction ports to inhale the deposits, a conveyance member(130) connected to the suction member and composed of a conveying pipe(132) and a suction pump(134) to convey the deposits inhaled to the suction member through the suction ports to the eroded area, and a re-filling member(140) placed in the eroded area and composed of a connection(146) extended from the conveyance member to the coastline of the eroded area and plural jet orifices(142) to jet out the conveyed deposits. |
