PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor which can easily attain low profiling. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a solid electrolytic capacitor suitable for an embodiment includes a preparatory process for preparing a valve metal base, a dielectric layer formed on the valve metal base, a solid electrolyte layer formed on the dielectric layer, and an element precursor equipped with a conductive paste layer consisting of conductive paste formed on the solid electrolyte layer; and a lamination process for obtaining a laminated body by laminating two or more element precursor, so that the conductive paste layers in adjacent element precursors may come respectively into contact before the drying of the conductive paste constituting the conductive paste layers.
