PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding stabilizing device capable of stably installing a stepladder or the like even on a steel net or the like. SOLUTION: The grounding stabilizing device comprises a mounting member 8a mounted to the lower end of a post; a swing link 10a journaled in a vertically swingable manner to the mounting member 8a by a first pivot 9a; and a grounding board 7A journaled in a swingable manner to the swing link 10a by a second pivot 15a parallel with the first pivot 9a. The grounding board 7A can be changed into a grounding attitude of abutting against the lower end of the post 2a by turning around the second pivot 15a to the lower side of the post 2a relative to the swing link 10a in a hanging attitude, and a rising attitude along the post 2a by turning upward around the second pivot 15a relative to the swing link 10a in an erection attitude. A grounding board grounding attitude holding means 16A for holding the grounding board 7A in the grounding attitude, and a grounding board rising attitude holding means 17A for holding the grounding board 7A in the erection attitude, are provided side by side.
