PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work of a handrail panel and an inner deck in an escalator. SOLUTION: In the structure for mounting the handrail panel 5 and the inner deck 3 to a panel receiving member 2, a groove 23a is provided on the panel receiving member 2 and a lower end of a bracket 6 connected to the inner deck 3 is fitted to the groove 23a of the panel receiving member 2.
