The device has a base body (4) formed as a cylindrical hollow body, and gripper latches (14) provided with claws (17) for gripping mushrooms heads of a mold. A drive device (12) is provided for operating the gripper latches. The drive device is connected with the gripper latches by an actuating unit (15) that works according to a knee lever principle. The actuating unit has a cylinder rod operated by the drive device, and a knee lever arrangement operated by a pull-/push rod, where the arrangement establishes a connection between the rod and the latches. |
