PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and its apparatus for processing wireless resources in which radio terminals in a wireless Ad Hoc network efficiently use wireless resources. SOLUTION: The wireless Ad Hoc network includes: a first terminal to scan wireless resources on the wireless Ad Hoc network, to set the quality information of each wireless resource according to the state of each wireless resource, and to transmit a frame transmission request message including the quality identification information of each wireless resource in according to the quality information of the wireless resource; and a second terminal to select the wireless resource having the highest quality according to the quality identification information of each wireless resource and the quality information of each scanned wireless resource included in the frame transmission request message received from the first terminal, and to transmit a frame transmission response message including information on the selected wireless resource to the first terminal.
