PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating device capable of preventing water leakage or insulating deterioration due to potential corrosion. SOLUTION: In the fluid heating device, there is no potential difference between a member constituting a flow speed conversion means (a spiral coil) 18 and a member constituting a heating element (a sheath heater) 7 or a case 8 or the member constituting the flow speed conversion means 18 has lower potential than the member constituting the heating element 7 or the case 8, thus solving a problem with the potential corrosion and providing a longer life for the device.
