PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating device with a mist generating function capable of dispensing with pipe connection work to a mist nozzle at an installation job site of the device, and easily and appropriately performing installation work. SOLUTION: This bathroom heating device B with the mist generating function, comprises a panel member 1 for ventilation, provided with an air suction opening 10 and a hot air supply opening 11, and disposed on an upper portion of a bathroom, a casing 4 disposed at an upper portion of the panel member 1 and receiving a heating means 2 and an air blower 3 inside, an air trunk forming member for guiding the air heated by the heating means 2 from the air blower 3 to the hot air supply opening 11, and the mist nozzle 5. The air trunk forming member is kept into contact with an upper face portion of the panel member 1 at its lower portion, and includes a movable member 34 vertically movable according to an interval between the blower 3 and the panel member 1.
