PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate bending of link plates to the back face side, without increasing abrasion of a pin hole of the link plates, in a chain of a locker pin structure. SOLUTION: This silent chain 1 is constituted by respectively pivotally connecting these link plates by a pivot member 3 by laminating a large number of link plates 2 having a pair of tooth parts 21 and pin holes 22 in the thickness direction and the longitudinal direction. The pivot member 3 is composed of a pair of locker pins 31. The respective locker pins 31 have respectively a mutually rolling rolling surface 31a and a holding surface 31b formed on the inverse side of this surface. The respective locket pins 31 are attached with a retaining ring member 4 as a regulating member regulating rolling of the respective locked pins 31 from the holding surface 31b side when the link plates 2 bend to the back face side, while allowing the rolling of the respective locker pins 31 when the link plates 2 bend to the meshing side.
