PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window glass cleaning device capable of efficiently, safely and positively cleaning the outside surface of window glass in a labor-saving manner from the indoor side. SOLUTION: A wiper 14 that can be brought into pressure contact with the outer surface of window glass 2a of an inside opening/closing window sash 2 is mounted to the surface, facing the indoor side, of a bar-like member 12 fixed in a vertically prop-up manner utilizing upper and lower rails 4, 4 for an outside opening/closing window sash 3 of a window outer frame 1.
