PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide comfortable air conditioning feeling by carrying out air conditioning control by solving insufficient correction of solar radiation at a low elevation angle of solar radiation. SOLUTION: Solar radiation detecting quantity from the front and the rear of a vehicle is provided by detecting the solar radiation radiated on the vehicle by a solar radiation sensor of a two element type furnished with a front side detection part and a rear side detection part arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A solar radiation elevation angleθwith the front of the vehicle as a standard is computed in accordance with these front and rear solar radiation detection quantities, and a solar radiation elevation angle correction gain KsG is computed so as to become larger in correspondence with reduction (low elevation angle) of this solar radiation elevation angleθ. Solar radiation quantity radiated on the vehicle is increased and corrected by the solar radiation elevation angle correction gain, and target blowout temperature TAO which is a target value of an air conditioning state is computed in correspondence with this corrected solar radiation quantity. Consequently, it is possible to provide the comfortable air conditioning feeling by correcting influence given to an air conditioning load of the solar radiation as the solar radiation becomes the low elevation angle.
