<p>A data transmission method for a chip interface includes the steps: at the sending terminal, bitwise XORing the N bit data to be send at the current beat and the N bit data to be send at the next beat to obtain the difference pattern, in which N is a natural number. When the code weight of the difference lattern is greater than N/2, inverting and outputting the N bit data to be outputted at next beam, at the receiving terminal, when a signal indicating invert is received, inverting the N bit data inverted and outputted at a corresponding beam.
