<p>From the desired speaker geometry, a mold is made. Slip is then cast in the mold. The green molding is extracted from the mold and fired at 800-1000[deg]C. It is then sintered at 1400 - 1800[deg]c. The slip comprises oxidic or non-oxidic particles, their mean diameter being 0.01mu m - 25mu m. Residence time of slip in the mold is 1 - 600 seconds. It is possible to combine the method with electrophoretic precipitation.</p> |
