A vibration preventing structure for equipment is provided to mount buffering springs to fixing rods to which a fan is fixed for absorbing vibration and shaking of the fan, thereby reducing vibration and shaking of the fan. A vibration preventing structure for equipment includes a fixing rods(10) mounted to a ceiling structure in parallel with each other with a predetermined distance from each other and formed with spiral parts at upper or lower sides. Supporting dies(20) are fixed at lower ends of the fixing rods in parallel with each other, and attached with a fan at upper parts thereof. Buffering springs(30) are mounted at lower parts of the supporting dies for reducing vibration of the fan.
